Maryland Bridge
A Maryland bridge, also called a resin bonded bridge, replaces a missing tooth with an artificial tooth attached to small wings. The wings are bonded to the back of the neighboring teeth, so those teeth need little or no cutting.

06 Questions
Maryland Bridge: your questions.
Is a Maryland bridge as strong as an implant?
It is best suited to front teeth with light biting forces. For back teeth or heavy bites, an implant or a conventional bridge may be better.
What if it comes loose?
It can usually be cleaned and bonded again. Contact us and keep the bridge safe until your visit.
