When you request an appointment we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, the area you live in, your dental concern, the date and time you prefer and any message you choose to add.

When you share feedback we collect your name, rating, the treatment you received and your comments. Your phone number and email are optional and are never published.

Like most websites we also record basic technical information, such as the page you arrived from and the campaign tags in the link you clicked. If analytics tools are enabled on this site, they use cookies to measure visits.

When you arrive from an ad, a search result, a social media post or another website, we keep a small note of it in a cookie on your device: the website or campaign you came from and the first page you saw. It stays for 30 days and is sent to us only if you request an appointment, so we can see which of our channels help patients find us.

This note never contains your name or contact details, and it is not shared with anyone.

We use your details only to contact you about your appointment, to manage your care at DENTEX and to improve our service.

We publish feedback only after you tick the consent box, and only your first name, rating and comments appear on the website.

We do not sell your personal information.

Only authorised DENTEX staff can see appointment requests in our secure dashboard. Our website hosting, email and calendar providers process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

If we advertise on Facebook or Instagram, we may send Meta a scrambled (hashed) form of your phone number and email when you book, so we can see which ads bring patients. Meta cannot turn it back into your details, and we never share your message or dental concern for advertising.

We keep appointment requests for as long as needed to provide care and meet our legal and professional obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
